Jeanine is a Chicago native and a 6 year resident of Peachtree Corners, GA. Jeanine and her family moved to Peachtree Corners in 2013 for her promotion with an Animal Health Pharmaceutical Company in a sales training capacity. In 2016, Jeanine had an opportunity to begin investing in the redevelopment and rejuvenation of single family homes in and around Atlanta. With her new found success, Jeanine decided to pursue Real Estate full time in 2017. Jeanine has over 15 years of sales, finance, customer service and investing experience to assist her clients with selling or purchasing their dream home.

Jeanine is a graduate of the University Of Illinois – Champaign/Urbana with a BS in Finance. Jeanine and her husband Jon, have a 6 year old daughter, Sophia and a King Charles Spaniel, Jackson.

1) Name, Name of Business, How many years have you been in business?

Best Property Partners, LLC, Best Property Holdings, LLC and Realtor with Southeastern Home Team. My husband and I have been investing in the Atlanta real estate market for 3 years, but we have owned a rental property since 2005 in Chicago and I have been a Realtor for 2 years.

2) What type of investing do you do, and in what locations?

Over the last 3 years, we have been focused on fix and flips throughout Atlanta and have completed 21 flips from small cosmetic renovations to new builds to historic renovations and scrape and builds. We have also picked up a short term Airbnb rental on Lake Oconee and a long term rental in Alpharetta and have done a few wholesales.

What/who influences you?

I have always had a strong work ethic that I learned from my dad, who is a contractor back in Chicago. I have been around construction my whole life growing up, but I saw my parents struggle to make ends meet and always lived paycheck to paycheck. I know that I wanted to be different and did not want to have to worry about finances my whole life. I have always been interested in investing in Real Estate after listening to a book on tape from Rich Dad, Poor Dad during the economic crash over 10 years ago. I have never been one to take risks, so I was unsure of how to jump into Real Estate. After working in corporate America for 15 years and only seeing my daughter for a few hours a day after daycare, I knew I had to jump in with both feet. I now have the flexibility to have lunch with her, take off on vacation and have the work life balance I dreamed of, with the unlimited income potential!

What accomplishments are you proud of with the real estate industry?

I am most proud of surpassing my six figure income from Corporate America in the first 4 months of 2019 through Real Estate!

What does your day look like?

My days can vary quite a bit because I do everything in our company from acquisitions to securing private lenders to choosing the finishes to listing following renovations. So depending on what stage each of my projects are in, each day varies!

How is your office set up?

I just completed a renovation on my home office, after 2 years of sharing my office with the formal living room, I finally have my own space! I have a VA in the Philippines who works part time for me, she handles all of my marketing from cold calling to social media posts, direct mailing campaigns and tracking my budgets on each project. I also have a book keeper and accountant that handle my monthly entering in QuickBooks. For my properties that I fix and flip, I pay a flat fee to my project manager who manages the hiring and firing of sub contractors and scheduling.

What are your goals for the next year?

My goals for the remainder of 2019 are to invest in passive income properties with net cash flow of at least $6,000/month, continue to build my Realtor business by doing 3 additional listings for other investors or retail clients and continue to increase my private lending opportunities to earn additional passive income in my Solo401K growing tax free.
